Wonderful staff very polite it's a shame they have to work in such a dangerous area

Drug dealer sitting outside very sketchy area couldn't get a good night's sleep with people fighting next door most likely over drugs. Music being played until 11:00 p.m.

Frig and microwave inside of the room.

Listed as a handicapped room....but the way it was set up, a wheelchair wouldnt be able to fit other than first through the door. And the shower was just a regular bathtub with all kinds if handles installed into it. Does have a chair to go inside but not a lot of room at all. Most we have been in has a walk in shower. But a wheelchair wouldnt have cleared between the bed and cabinets and such along the wall.

the rude staff and how they didn’t have like extra bathroom supplies in there for when I stayed for 2 nights.

Blankets had cigarette burn holes in them. Room had stuff left on the floor from previous guest. Sticky substance still on and by the night stand.

Nothing

The towels were stained, not smoking room that smell like smoke, the chain in the bathroom water tank was broken.

It was not keep clean out side and little kids run around in just a diapers and kids out side until 12 at night running upstairs

Check in through booking was nice and easy.

There wasn't a breakfast to talk about or like. It only consisted of 2 kind of cereal and bread that I saw the night before. The only good thing really was the staff was friendly and ccommodated my late check out.

Our comforter had cigarette burns in them although our room was a nonsmoking one. Fridge was old and disgusting. Shower was not clean. Walls had hair and dirt scuff on it that was not ours. I had to shower while trying not to touch the wall.

The room pillows were dirty no remote the bathroom was divesting Burt iron marks on Carpet holes on my cover just bad spider webs and spiders had to get out of here here!
