We love the fact that you have the pool open until midnight it's a great way for the children to let off steam after a long day of traveling. The staff is friendly and accommodating and the facilities claim.

Location, easy off the freeway. Breakfast staff is really nice. Rooms are quiet.

The exhaust fan needs a clean, it doesn't extract. The top of the door frame in the bathroom was not cleaned in a long time. There were butts of stuff blown onto the duvet, from the a/c unit. The place needs a good maintenance clean- something beyond the housekeeping norms.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

The road noise is terrible, all night long!

it is very convenient, right off the highway and reasonable in price.

Housekeeping always knocks on the door before check out.

Breakfast selection was a little sparse, but service of the attendant was outstanding.

our room was not just dirty, it was filthy. Couch pillows were on the floor behind other furniture from the previous guest, the floors were not vacuumed. The pullout couch was broken. We were on the top floor which was completely wreaked from being under construction. when we got off the elevators we couldn’t even pull our suitcases behind us because the carpets were covered with plastic to protect the carpet from paint drips - as they were literally painting the walls as we were walking to our room. We had to step over tools and all. Our room was under renovation at some point, but it looked like they planned on finishing those renovations after our stay…. Furniture was missing knobs as if they forgot to put them back on. I paid too much money for all of these issues. I was traveling with my daughter for a school band event, so I really had too much going on to take time out and complain. I wanted to, but I was too exhausted when we got back to even bother.

The location was great, staff was very helpful and on top of everything.

The whole building needs a remodel. My room had a bad smell, dirty walls/doors in the bathroom, mold and rust in the shower. I did tell the staff about the bad smell in my room and they came and cleaned and dried the carpet. It helped for a couple hours but when we left the room and came back later, it was the room that still stunk. I think the whole building needs to be remodeled. Even if each room had a deep clean and bathroom walls, ceiling and doors get a disinfectant wipe that would help a lot.
