the front desk lady was the most rude person i have interacted with in a long time. almost left me too speechless to speak everytime.

The staff was nice and and polite. We booked online in advance and was able to check in quickly.

The beds weren't really comfortable and there was not a coffee pot in the room

Everything was ok for the price but there was no coffee maker in the room!! All hotels have a coffee maker. I had to leave before 6 am so I had to get dressed, drive to the other side of the interstate, get coffee and come back to the room to drink it. But I was able to get a smoking room, and for that I thank you!!

the room was not clean there was dried urine in front toilet and the room smelled bad

Room was filthy and bug infested. Everything else was fine, but it was pretty gross.

The room service staff were friendly, made up my bed, took out the trash, and replaced my used towels.

The first room was filthy, had dead roaches in it, and no phone, the lighting was very dim, it was an open shower with no tub and no privacy. It was a room on the end adjacent to an ally near the main street and when I opened the door anybody could see straight through the whole room. The check-in clerk said it was the last room on the first floor although I made no request to be on the first floor. The second room had some small kind of bugs with wings on the floor in several places and when I used the bathroom to retire for the night, I found a small frog in the bath tub!
