cigarette burns in the sheets, electric outlets didn’t work, weird smell in the room, shower didn’t work properly, there is a lot of drinking at this property which caused room windows being broke at 4AM

receptionist at check in said even though we had a confirmation from booking we might not have a room, was rude, talked casually to another customer while I stood waiting, took 30 minutes to check in, no parking, no security around, people just walking around smoking all night, breakfast was opportunity to make waffle/ cold coffee, no food and no staff at 8:15 a.m. “on duty” was smoking outside door. horrible experience.

The staff accommodated my request for a room on the 1st floor.

The sheets had not been changed and were dirty. Heavy smokers sitting in chairs on either side of my room. Thin walls. I thought pets stayed free, but was charged a fee.

The location was great !

I got charged 3 times for our rooms. One charge was put back on right then but the charge I'm still waiting on it to be put back on my card.
