The location was great. We have stayed here before and I don't remember it being as bad. For the price you pay and the location... Pick your battle.

The AC did not work. It was muggy, humid and hot the whole time.

The price for a last minute trip

The check in clerk was just going through the motions. You could tell he didn’t wand do be there. I tried to thank him three times and he never even looked at me. Then we park and go to our room and the ice machine is broken. I open the door to my room and I am immediately greeted with the smell of mildew. The bedsheets had cigarette burns in them, paint peeling everywhere, broken shelves on the floor, blood stains on the box spring, used soap in the corner of the shower, mold on the mirrors and the shower had no pressure and the only temp was equivalent to lava. I slept in my clothes on top of the sheets

Location - one block from the beach. Affordable price, a covered parking spot. Mini-fridge and AC. What else to you need for a comfy stay?

Loved the location. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

There was liquid standing in front of the toilet.. the door was very hard to shut and open, my papa had a very hard time with it.. one bed seemed to be broken and the room had a very odd scent.. not a nice one either..

Location was great and the price wasn’t bad.

The guy at the counter wasn’t a people person or maybe having a bad day and the room wasn’t clean. I had to clean the dirt and hair out of the tub.

Poor front Indian lady was ok when we checked in the next morning she had a big black eye.

no elevator available for my mother in law who is disabled. no heater was working no hot water specially with the cold weather had to sleep in the cold

they charged me twice for my room, once I arrived I was told that reserving on the booking app only holds the room but you pay again at check in. which is the same price as you pay in the app.

Didn’t have the courtesy to skip that bay or notify me that anyone was going to be painting. staff couldn’t help me either with any of it.
