The bathroom was disgusting. the bath tub/shower must be 50 years old.

I found 3 live roaches in my room and bed bug casings. when I addressed this too management his response “ what? are you the big man or something?” indeed I am. I do pest control for a living. then he said “ I assure you no bugs in this room. this is my personal room”. really bro? I just showed all this too you.

The customer service was excellent. It’s being renovated so it seems the owners are working hard to make it a nice place.

The facilities are still needing improvements. The shower couldn’t be adjusted to fit my short stature and the hot water was consistent so adjusting the temperature was a chore. Fix the access points. calling technical support 3 out of 4 nights was a hassle.

From the moment we arrived we knew we made a mistake. The outlets were hanging out of the wall, there were cigarette burns in comforters of a non-smoking room, and awful odor, hot and miserable inside, wouldn’t cool. The surrounding area was very poor and scary. Who knows what bugs were lurking inside! We left and did not return. Do not stay here!!!

It's off the interstate about a mile. Looks like they have been doing small renovations here and there. Room was clean and well stocked with small fridge/freezer. Stocked with bottled water and the owners are super nice and helpful. It's quaint, quiet and was a great value.

The shower head did not have a lot of pressure, but otherwise it was nice and hot
