there were ants in the room. we were given a new room. hotel was very good to us.

Location was good for us. Breakfast was ok though no where to sit very crowed.

We had ants in our room. AC unit was super loud. Shower head was leaking and spraying water out onto floor and ceiling. Staff not very friendly

The breakfast is very good and varied. Even if you stay for many days, the variety of foods will meet your needs. Tim from the front desk is exceptional! He was very helpful, extremely attentive, and friendly. Just approach him, and he will assist you with a big smile!

The apartment is cleaned every three days. It didn't seem like a good idea to me.

pricing for the weekend is always good. front desk staff was friendly and courteous. The AC was incredibly cold and perfect for a hot summer day.

Bathroom was dusty. The shower had a large stain that looked like dye. The couch in the room had some questionable spots.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff promptly addressed a situation when kids playing video games in a nearby room were yelling at the top of the lungs at 2:30 a.m. The breakfast was good, and included scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes.

No upgrades in the room as far as usb ports to plug and charge your phone. Asked front desk if they could possibly help me all I had was the usb wire to charge my phone not the adapter plug and they couldn't help figured there would have Bern a usb port to connect in the room and nope there wasn't

My room was next to the stairs and continuously people were stuck in the stairwell and banged on the doors and walls all hours of the evening and morning. I cut my stay short and left.

When I book the room I ask **4+** & 2 beds online. When checked in the host Dulce ask "for 4 people?" I said "no, its 4+" then she repeated "4+". Dulce proceeded checking me in gave my keys. I left to dinner with my family because we had just driven from Mexico. Came back in I get a call to my room that I had to pay 35.00 per additional person (2people) I ask "why? if Dulce never ask me or said anything when checking me in". The regional manager Yani join the discussion said thats their regulations I ask why didn't Dulce say anything to avoid this conflict then now iam being ask to be charged?" RM Yani said "I can give you options to pay, check out or you can pay for an other room for discount price for at least $100.00". Thereafter she said we weren't allowed to stay in the specific room w/4+ people now! ( first she's charging for the additional person to stay in the room!!!!! and now that we werent allowed to to be in that room) I was upset because I had to take my children out at 10 pm and look at a different Hotel to stay at this time of the night when I just booked this room for 1 night I had a few hours left to sleep. I ask for my check out email or receipt NOW HER SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME A PAPER RECEIPT OR EMAIL that my security deposit and my money was going to get reimbursed. She ended up making a copy of the receipt for what check in for. And trust their words. Worst experience Rm Yani and Host Dulce need more traning. Yes I was furious..

Best managed hotel ever. We loved it, and we'll be back. Everyone was super friendly and professional.

The hotel has a complimentary breakfast. The sheets were clean, and the staff cleaned the room mid week.

There was no wifi access (during my stay maintenance was being done on that) on the top floor, so I couldn't use all my devices. My room door was broken so I couldn't access my room in a timely manner.
