Everything was clean and orderly and breakfast met our needs for the morning.

Nothing, was charged for a pet friendly room, but turned away because they did not post full pet policy on booking.com

Pet policy was not specified on booking.com website, however a small piece of paper at the front desk informed the full policy and they turned me away.

The room was clean, the heater worked well, the beds were comfortable and the housekeeping was WONDERFUL. Location was AMAZING.

The carpet could have been cleaned better but we wear house slippers so it wasn't a big deal. The pool was also closed all week for maintenance.

in need of being updated. toilet in bathroom was very small. we chose this hotel for the pool/hot tub and it was closed down when we got there. we were disappointed.

disappointed that the spa/pool area was closed, which was one of the main reason's we booked this hotel the breakfast was subpar with no hot food choices outside of waffles

We get there no pool they sent me an email to confirm but knew the pool was closed and won't be open until March. We got to the breakfast and milk was empty and the orange juice was water finally got the desk clerk to come out. He informed us that the juice machine was sour and didn't work why not put an out of order sign up. Not every organized

It was quiet there was no road noise.

The hotel smelled like old use deep fryer oil. The smell was in the elevator, hallways, and in our room. The security lock on our room door was broken, the refrigerator didn't keep things cold, the bed linens were old, discolored, and the pillows were flat & hard. The guy at the front desk had zero personality and didn't care to hear our complaints. Someone on our floor near our room (302) was burning incense and I am very allergic to them. The hot tub was so heavily chlorinated that it caused our eyes and lungs to burn.

I didn’t like the fact I had to argue with the receptionists about my dog and being banned from the premises claiming my dog was barking but it was another dog barking just 2 doors down and nothing was said this is a trashy hotel needs to be updated and if you’re going to enforce a rule make sure EVERY VISITOR FOLLOWS THEM!!

NOTHING! We travel ALOT, and I have to say that I’ve never stayed at a worse hotel!!

I made reservations 6 months or even longer ago and we were put in a room that allows pets. They said it was the only room left… either take it or leave it! when we entered the room, we immediately noticed that it smelled. We of course thought it was because of the pets that had been in there, and maybe part of it was, but the main issue was there was a waterpipe in the wall in the bathroom that was most likely broken. The stopper that you put down so you could use the tub was fixed to the up position so you HAD to take a shower, although the tub looked too dirty to take a bath anyway. After a shower there was a swimming pool of water covering the entire bathroom floor, the carpet in the entryway and even had run through the wall into the carpeted hall outside our room. So, then we figured part of the smell was probably mold or mildew. Another issue: a sign in the breakfast area stated, “. This is not an all you can eat breakfast “. We have stayed at probably 100 hotels or more that serve breakfast ( and a much better one by the way ) and we have NEVER seen a sign like that! We left without eating breakfast there.
