It was clean and convenient, reasonably priced.

The toilet paper is really cheap.

Nice staff. Fast contact via Mail. Good place to visit Kennebunk and surrounding area.

Old-fashioned that needs an update. Shower was very uncomfortable, lot of dirt under the beds and the room was smelling dusty.

The location was good

There was no laundry. The closest laundromat closed at 5 and we had to drive 20 min to another one. The carpet was not clean.

I found this to be the perfect stop over on way north for mini vaca...pleasant clean and great location near highway access

Nice and quiet setting

The location is good. The staff is friendly. Check in was fast and efficient.

The cabins are run down inside. Some simple inexpensive fixes could make a real difference. There was mold and mildew in the air conditioner.

Location. Interior was clean. Plenty of hot water for shower.

Just a shower-no tub. Shower is tight for larger person. Not quiet conditions-other quests coming in and parking next to their unit's driveway and shutting car doors or with loud exhaust late night. Makes sleeping difficult.

Quiet, clean room in a good location near the Kennebunkport downtown. The owners are lovely people and it seems that they have quiet a loyal customer base who return year after year. Great value!

There was nothing we didn't enjoy. It was really an enjoyable stay.

Good value and it was exactly as described. The room had a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.

There wasn’t any complimentary coffee in the room but there was in the office. No shampoo either.

Location was great, right on the main thoroughfare in Kennebunk. Breakfast venues were nearby.

The bathroom and shower were tiny.

We enjoyed the space and the privacy the cottage afforded us.

I would have liked to have had the option to smoke in the cottage.

I absolutely love this place. I have been here multiple times and will definitely be back. The owner is so amazing. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms and cottages (I've stayed in both) are always very clean and comfortable. The showers have great water pressure and the pool is so great. It's so big and clean. They have a nice gazebo by the pool. We also enjoy playing the horseshoe pit. They also have volleyball and basketball. I would highly recommend coming here.

We got a deal. Little cabin with separate bedroom. Kitchen has full size frig, micro wave and stove top. There is a sofa, table and chairs. Each cabin has a picnic table and charcoal grill. Very clean and well maintained. Close to Kennebunk Beaches and MIke's Clam Shack in Wells.
