This might seem silly, but the windows in the hotel rooms need to be cleaned, you got these great views but thru dirty windows. I live in the high desert, with the wind, Sand and occasional rain, this is not a easy task and not cheap, but just saying!

The rooms had bath towels, slippers, lip balm, two chocolates, coffee and mini bar. I was really surprised to see they were truly making us feel at home. my room had a deep tub and the shower was a walk in like mine at home.

actually I didn’t see anything I didn’t like.

In 2022, a top resort without USB A or USB C plug-ins are you kidding me ! I bet the Motel 6 has them !

Read my letter that I sent FEDEX overnight to the GM 10 days ago...he or anyone else has yet to answer or respond... Here is half of the letter - the other half is i the next section: October 21, 2022 KATO MOY, GM AGUA CALIENTE CASINO, RESORT, SPA 320250 BOB HOPE DRIVE RANCHO MIRAGE, CALIFORNIA 92270 Dear Mr. Moy: My wife Eileen and I checked into your beautiful hotel on Friday, October 7, 2022 for the weekend, to see Tom Jones perform and to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. It was a FABULOUS weekend – except when it came to The Steakhouse restaurant at your hotel. We thought you should know how disappointing it was because everyone else was so marvelous. When we checked in that Friday the front desk receptionist was welcoming, pleasant, funny and great at her job. By the way, the valet who greeted us was also fabulous. We explained to her that we had tickets to the Tom Jones show at the hotel the next night. We also explained that we frequently use Open Table to make dinner reservations. We also told her that in anticipation of attending the show and to avoid driving before and after dinner somewhere else outside of the hotel, we made a dinner reservation at the Steakhouse in Rancho Mirage many weeks in advance. We discovered on the drive to the hotel from San Diego that the dinner reservation was at the The Steakhouse Palm Springs location. We then checked Open Table, but no reservations available at The Steakhouse at your hotel. We asked her if she could call the manager of The Steakhouse there to switch our reservation. She called, they said they could not.

The rest of the letter.... Disappointed, we walked over to the Steakhouse after check in. Spoke to someone there. Told them of the mix up, that were guests of the hotel for 2 nights and could they switch the reservation, they said no. On Saturday, October 8, 2022, at 5pm, we walked over to the Steakhouse at your hotel. There were people lined up to go it. We saw seats at the bar. We explained to the hostess our situation and asked if we could take 2 seats at the bar for dinner. She said no. These people are waiting for those seats. I asked if they had a reservation to eat at the bar, she said no, it was first come, first serve. So you are going to give your seats to walk ins, that are not staying at the hotel over a hotel guest that had experienced a common reservation mix up restaurant issue? We were pissed. We drove the 25 minutes from your hotel to The Steakhouse Agua Caliente Casino in Palm Springs where we had a 530pm reservation under Eileen Pelky. The gentleman manager was very nice. We explained to him what happened. He said that these reservation location mix ups “happens all the time”. He said it was a common problem. He said that “there is always a table” and he was “shocked” that they did not give us one. We appreciated his candor, had a wonderful server and nice meal. But, I did not want the stress of driving an hour round trip when I supposed to be relaxing with my wife for our anniversary. And, I was stressed. It put a damper on the evening for me. We gave them 3 opportunities to help us. They could not be bothered. We got back to the hotel in time to see the show. It was fabulous. We tried to have a drink the bar of The Steakhouse, but the curt hostess told us that we could not. WHAT? You can’t drink at a bar? We enjoyed or stay. For the most part your staff is fabulous. The facilities are great. We’d like to come back. But the lack of management, policy and procedure in The Steakhouse still has us upset.

top notchery (new word) through out. hotel feels exclusive due to the size, doesn’t seem like an overly sized hotel with small rooms crammed together to get as many travelers as possible to stay. no small rooms here and the hallway is huge, if that matters. (it does)

Room was very nice. Hotel was quiet. Food exceptional!! Staff very attentive.

Everything was good.

Everything was clean the view was great the room was comfortable everything was right there. We were able to stay eat see a show and gamble all in one place

It’s expensive

The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the food is amazing at all of the restaurants and especially by the pool. Beds are comfortable and rooms are very spacious and clean

they treat you well!

I had a bad Oder in my room mens colonge so strong! I didn’t feel like the sheets were changed or comforter n had to ask her next morning to change them . it did help a lot by changing sheets. they need to recheck rooms before someone entering to stay!

Pool was very nice!

House keeping came in twice in the evening.
