Room size was acceptable. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast has good selection too. Overall, happy with our stay and enjoyed it. Had good view of the famed Red Rocks.

No housekeeping throughout the 4 nights of stay. Whilst I understand and appreciate the idea to go green, it would be better if there is some housekeeping once in 2-3 days. But to be fair to the hotel, we could request for housekeeping if we need it. However, we have to notify front desk by 10am each morning and for the period of time we were there, we always forget or missed the timing.

First of all no one was at the desk when we arrived. we had to wait about 5 minutes before someone came. second the comforter was dirty I used tide to clean the brown spots. Also we went to open the sliding door and it was coming off the frame so we called down, we were not able to open the door to use the balcony. When we went to check out I waited close to 10 minutes and no come came out i could hear someone on the phone so I peaked around the corner and told them we were checking out, she said ok. terrible service, very unprofessional, not only that but another employee came in and never asked to help me, she went in another room and never came out.

Location is the top reason why I booked this place.

The wifi was not working the whole time we’re there. Every time I called to check I was told that “they’re resetting the router and it should be working soon…” No housekeeping services unless you request it and they only do it every 3rd day of your stay… The villa was not stocked up with enough supplies (toilet paper, dishwashing pods, paper towels , etc.) upon arrival. Villas by the creek do NOT have the same views . Do not believe the front desk when they tell you that all villas are the same. They are NOT! We arrived a little after 4:00 pm to check in and was given the option to take another villa since ours (requested one by the creek) will not ready for another 2hours. Front desk staff sold us on a promise that all villas have the same creek view. The one given to us had no view, wooded back patio with no creek access.
