Room was nice.

Breakfast included is a rip off. You only get 1 menu item per person so if you want a bagel and fruit for one person, your paying for one of them. Whats the point? Also they charge for parking but there are signs everywhere saying they aren't liable for theft or damage so your paying for nothing.

The staff was very professional and friendly excellent customer service and the mediation area looking at the starts was perfect

Breakfast had very limited offerings and didn't taste great. You need a great breakfast to start the very active days in Sedona, the $18 charge for parking was in the fine print and a rip off

Disappointing Experience at Courtyard by Marriott, Sedona I am sorry to report that our recent stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in Sedona was far from the quality experience we anticipated. There were several issues that negatively affected our stay and caused us considerable distress. Upon our arrival, we were met with an unexpected additional parking fee of $18, a charge that was not clearly communicated during our booking process. Transparency regarding all costs is vital in maintaining trust, and this unexpected fee was a disappointing start to our stay. Moreover, there was a major issue regarding our breakfast arrangement. We booked and paid for seven breakfasts, as clearly stated in our booking, only to be told upon check-in that only four were included. Despite our attempts to clarify this with the reception, the response was less than satisfactory. The level of customer service we received was not up to the standard we expected from a Marriott establishment. The reception staff we interacted with were far from courteous and professional, and their handling of our concerns was dismissive and disrespectful. It is disheartening to report that this was not our first disappointing experience with Marriott this year. We chose to give the brand another chance, hoping for a better experience, but regrettably, our recent stay in Sedona fell short of expectations. In all fairness, we hope that our feedback will be taken seriously and steps will be taken to improve the service quality at this location. I believe every guest should be treated with respect and transparency, and all the services promised at the time of booking should be honored.
