Very smelly, a lot of remodeling and things plied up everywhere.

No breakfast but front desk clerk brought us a coffee pot which didn't work perfectly.

MOLD on walls and bathroom tiles. Needs a rip out of all bathroom walls. Toilet seat is thickly stuck with glue type mess. Needs replacement

I like the price for 2 days and my purpose for being in Alexandria. The water will get hot if you let it run awile.

I did not like the people that stood out, Various cars pulling in and out. I did not like the area. A lot of women walking and standing near the property. I had to slam my door for it to stay shut. The bed spreads had holes in them and stains. These holes were cigarette burns. The sheets were not clean white. The sheets, towels, and pillow cases were dingy white and old. The towels had spots in them and old/stiff. The restroom tub, plaster was unwelcoming. There was an old room smell. The curtains were filthy. I sleep in fetal position on my clothing bag, and I checked out the next morning. I was totally disappointed. I felt unsafe...

Super helpful and friendly staff. Great location. Mini fridge worked great AC worked great but had damage to control pad, which made it difficult to utilize the temperature settings. Price was great.

Floors were filthy. Take off your shoes and you’ll have black feet in no time. Room 106 had damage to the bathroom drywall ceiling (stained, cracked, and sagging). Front door trim missing which allowed you to see the outside and into the room along the entire vertical handle side of the door.

I like that no one bothered you!!

Microwave in room was inoperative. Had a nice one to use in lobby.

There was no breakfast and the location was in an excellent place.

The floors could have been cleaner. We found an apple slice in the bathroom. Also there was no hair dryer in the room.
