Smelled like cigarettes terribly

Staff was great at solving a major problem. We were greeted with friendliness.

When we checked in and went to the room it was a mess. Beds were not made. There was water bottles everywhere. Bathroom was dirty. Had towels on the floor and trash everywhere. We went back to the front desk and told the clerk. She apologized and said she had nothing else available. She kept looking on the computer and said she was going to cancel a room and give us that one. We get in that room and it was clean. We found the cleaning ladies key to all the rooms on the desk. We walked back to the desk to give it to the desk clerk. On checkout day we left the room to find cleaning lady sitting in the hallway eating breakfast and talking on her phone. What a bad experience at this property.

decent location. staff was friendly. bed was comfortable.

hallway/rooms had funny smell. the tv appeared dark like it was about to go out. no access to the pool but renovations are taking place.

Room smelled like urine, paint chips falling from the ceiling. Did not look like the pictures at all.

Everything was good, but the continental breakfast was sparse. Waffles, or muffins, coffee and juice.

The place was smelling of cigarette smoke It was not maintained nor clean Breakfast inclusive, but had just waffle for kids, coffee and muffin. Fridge in the breakfast area was empty

Not good at all breakfast was sausage biscuit in a package no hot meal at all.

No trash cans in room, on one of beds no comforter, crumbs on sofa chair not a clean room! The other room my daughter's had the toilet over flowed water kept running out front desk person couldn't do anything about it just gave my daughters towels for water on floor. They couldn't take a shower in shower. I asked to get money back on room Manger rude & not caring about what happen. Several men& ladies hanging around front desk talking & caring on with lady in front desk! Will not ever go back! Pictures of hotel are very deceiving not what they show !!
