Staff were nice. Close to campus.

The pool room was freezing and the hot tub didn't work. Our room ended up being $212 dollars for just a king room on a weekend that wasn't even busy. The jacuzzi in our room didn't even work which was a bummer since the hot tub was also not working. Some of the lights in our room didn't work. The breakfast wasn't great.

I liked the location and how quiet it was in the room, the bed was comfy as well, and the breakfast was great. The hot tub in the room was very nice and a good price.

I didn’t like that the pool was closed and I reached out a month prior and my question went unanswered, kind of pointless when you book a room with a balcony. I did not like that the snack vending machine was broken, there is also not an elevator, only way to enter and wait was the front and the automatic door comes out toward the guest and almost hit me, and is also a small opening for larger people. Bathroom was very small, and no fan. TV was small for such a large room, as well as the mini fridge.

The room was clean and efficient for a few days stay. It was quiet and I didn't experience any issues.

Hotel could use some updating. The shower in my room in particular was quite old. It's an older property so some renovations could help.

The staff was amazing. The person working the desk during the morning and days of 10/21 - 10/23 was phenomenal. His help and personality absolutely made my stay spectacular

Due to homecoming, prices were inflated quite a bit. Probably 300%. I saw the normal days were right around $75 to $80. Prices this weekend were $266.50 after tax.

I did not eat the breakfast while there. The hotel location was perfect because it was super close to my son's house and he was my transportation.

The vending machines either didn't work or were just about empty.

The guy that checked us in was really rude to me while he was really nice to the ladies in front of us. The toilet in our suit was broken and we had to constantly mess with it while we was there. The TV we had to mess with till it actually turned on. One of the lights was burned out or didn't work.

Staff threw my car keys away. Made me and my small children sit outside in extreme heat and said "too bad we didn't lose them" for 4 hours while I searched every inch of my belongings, car and thier dumpster. Yelled at me for cookie crumbs my son ate on the bed, room was dirty, had old dead flower pedals and chips under furniture. They didn't actually clean it. They picked it up and made the bed... No sanitizing at all. I watched while I searched for my keys. When he was done "cleaning" the manager not any maids, he said "ok bye you wait outside." And made me leave the building. With no way to get home. Didn't even help me look. Pointed to the dumpster. Mind you I had a 2 and 4 yo with me. Alone. Just me. And I had to search a dumpster. With 2 kids. They should be fired. That whole Indian family.
