Breakfast was okay. We ate dinner in the bar area the night before and it had a lot to be desired. Would not recommend.

The facilitys was nice the room was disappointing for the price
The hot tub was not heated. (Main reason we had chosen this property)
Ceiling fan in room did not work and looked to be mold growni g around bottom part of walk in shower and found dried blood on bed skirt the next morning and when wife mentioned this to the front deck. She didnt even care. She just shrugged her shoulders and walked off

I did not like location but loved the indoor pool for kids
the staff was not very nice they didn’t speak unless you do!!

I paid a lot of money and the hotel facilities are deplorable, also the bed was not comfortable, cold breakfast, in addition to being removed before time and also the cleaning staff did not let me eat by running from the restaurant to clean it.
the corridors and room with a horrible smell. It is not worth paying $550 plus a $100 deposit which I have not received yet

The facility was nice and clean. We liked the fact it had an indoor pool. The hotel employee did her best to accommodate our needs at check-in.
The only thing I did not like was the fact that the entry to the hotel right off the exit was closed to where we had to go around the block to get back on the feeder to be able to enter the property.

Building is appeasing to the eye, secure (security patrol), and good location.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was thinner than my couch cushions. Corrosion was built up on the shower head and you have to pay for extremely basic boxed cereal and cold egg breakfast.

Hot tub was nice
The bartender wouldn't service and said the bar was closed but yet had several men sitting at the bar with open tabs. It was disappointing cuz we were only a few minutes past closing time.

The staff was very friendly and the buffet worker ( Jenea) was really great in accommodating our food services. I was extremely satisfied.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The hot tub did not work at all. Our air conditioner in the room did not work. Breakfast was horrible and it ended an hour earlier than what we were told. It was 9:00am and while we were eating we were told we needed to finish because they were closing it at 9:30am. Front desk clerks were very nice.
