That’s it was a smoking room instead on non smoking.

The room was mess up we had no lights in our room just didn't like our stay will not be back didn't take no pictures I was just mad

Pets were not allowed even though your site said they were. We did not stay there. We need a refund.

The smell was horrendous. Carpet,ceilings,bedding stained with god knows what. Absolutely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Relaxing n noise
It has roaches and if u have a top floor room you have to walk steps n it’s hot in other enter door don’t open so if yo room on that end u have to carry all your stuff that’s along walk

I attempted to cancel. This property did not have an elevator and we didn't stay because my son with Cebral palsy wasn't able to get to the room.

Location was good. Breakfast was not as expected. There could have been more options.

Absolutely nothing was good about this place. The staff was not present for over an hour. The room was dirty the smoke alarm was removed. The toilet had not been cleaned.
Absolutely gross. The staff was fine for an extended period of time. I was locked out of the main check in areaipon entering. We had to do all transactions through a little window like a bank teller. No explanation as to why.

The bed was comfortable. Staff friendly.
No toilet paper when we arrived. Doors did not lock automatically as indicated on the outside entries. Staff had no answers and would tell management. Not fixed. Security at risk. Coffee was horrible in the breakfast area. Will not stay there again.

Lobby was under construction as well as gym area. Hotel did not offer much other than a room.
Tv reception was fuzzy on all channels.

the bedding was not good, smoke detector on wall was coming off and no batteries in it. some plug in didn’t work.

There was no breakfast as stated on the website, Verry poor security, the exits doors locks did not lock, and I did observe a male prostitute enter a hole in the fence near the rear of the hotel and enter a door that should have been locked, it was around one AM
that fact that there was no breakfast as stated on the website and even though there was a sign on the side and rear door that they would be locked 24 hours a day they were not locked.

lobby was closed, no breakfast as described, bathtub was small with no plug, property was very dated.

The location is where I wanted to be.
The hotel has needed repairs for a while, and they are now doing work on some of the rooms. It smells and sounds like a construction site at the moment. Not the as clean in the room as I would like either.

They were renovating the property. Paint fumes saturated the entire hotel.
I like when I checked out. Never using this site again.
