The hotel is not a family friendly place no to go when you've just lost a family member the night manger is very ignorant and doesn't care for your needs. I asked for a extra sheets because when had a accident i.e. spilled some juice on them and he told me NO because he gave me extra sheets yesterday?? I also gave you money yesterday it's a -zero for me you'll see the so called night manager in my photos

It's a nice place, very clean, but we had trouble with the a/c.

They couldn't find my reservation even with the confirmation number and charged me a great deal different from the confirmation even though I was told by the front desk person that it would be the same.
