The bed had a funny feeling but was ok

Rooms smelled like pee key cards kept going bad had to constantly get new cards. One of the beds springs were shot mattress needs to be replaced would not stay here ever again! Worst experience my family and I experienced!!

The location was close to my family whom I came to visit.
There was a policy in place where I had to wait for the morning housekeeping in order to receive extra towels. There were 2 towels and 2 wash clothes but 3 people listed on the reservation. Front desk staff stated she could not give me toilet pair until the morning house keeping arrived. When they did, I was waiting 2 hours after 3 attempts to just get extra towels. The definition of extra is more than the usual set. Once I received the 2 towels and wash clothes around 10-11am I was then unable to receive any additional when I asked for them.

The Entrance and Exit pojnt of the Hotel from US 1 South. It's sometimes a long time to exit from the hotel, and the entrance is too conjusted.

This place is a complete joke! My husband and I booked with booking.com then upon arrival they say they aren't able to rent to us and they can't see the reason why? The man working at the time said to contact booking.com for our money back because he isn't accepting the reservation. Now 1 week later after going back and forth with booking.com and the red roof inn, somehow they get to keep our $478.00
We don't like your lack of professionalism and the sheer fact that yous are complete LIARS! EVEN IF THE REASON IS SMOKING IN THE ROOM...THE FEE IS ONLY $250.00 AND YOU THEIVES STOLE THE REST! THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE AND ACTUALLY THINKS THEY ARE RIGHT!

The room itself was pretty nice. It was warm too.
Our shower head was leaking and that effected the water pressure but we did tell them and they fixed it immediately. But there was no housekeeping done.

In town to view a college with my daughter Not Clean. I wasn’t expecting it to be exceptional it was all I could find last minute. I figured it would be ok and we could deal for one night. It was awful, the bed had hair in it. The bathroom was filthy with visible dirt.Asked for a late check since we arrived after 2am. ( Before I saw the room)They gave me one hour exactly at 12:01 someone was knocking on my door and did not stop until I opened the door. Terrible experience.

The area was quiet. The room was fairly clean for the most part except I found some hair in the sink. You are close to a lot of places to eat.
The area was a bit sketchy. Definitely not a place I would feel comfortable to just leisure around. This was a quick stay. We were out & about, only can’t back to sleep. It seems like they don’t really accommodate
business/formal travel. No iron or ironing board was available for use. You get what you pay for.

Nothing at all the room smelled like Clorox and i suffer from asthma so i couldn’t breathe properly the ac didn’t work at night so it made it worse
When i called the front desk to express my issue nobody answered the phone let me not get started with the people smoking weed At night pure disgusting

The staff were helpful and friendly
That we were told that we couldn't drink the water out of the taps in the room and we had to pay for pricey bottled water instead. If there is no water available, you should be given complimentary bottled water.

There was no exhaust in the bathroom and the humidity seeped into the room making everything wet.

Room were nicely laid out. A/C worked as it should. Beds were comfy for a hotel.
Key card didn’t work on second night of stay. Hotel clerk promptly prepared a new one.
