Quiet room, comfortable, accessible.

A handicap accessible room was promised with 2 queen beds and that was not provided

The bed was clean

The room smelled like cigarettes and bathroom cleaner. The plumbing came out of the wall in the shower. There were pubic hairs in the shower. The toilet ran all night. The lady who ran they place had a get together at 2am outside my door.

I really like the customer service

I Love the atmosphere it feels like a home away from home. You have the kitchen and living room in your room.

Breakfast wasn't available because I had a full kitchen to prepare my own food. The location was excellent. The room was clean, the staff was awesome.

The property was quite and the staff was the best. I will definitely be back and recomend to other family members.

It smelled like cigarettes when I walked in, everything did. Which is the only downfall

It is a basic unit with kitchen. It was clean, location was excellent, staff was great, and bed was really comfortable. I was not paying for luxury so I was perfectly satisfied. I believe that if my wife was traveling by herself that she would feel perfectly safe here.

I did not notice in the original description of the room that I would need to supply some items that I consider basic. No paper towels, dish soap, tissues, starter coffee or dish washer. There was a bag of ;popcorn for the microwave and a nice "check in" gift bag. Not a problem for me but it would be helpful to inform guests to bring some of these items.

Location was great for our plans visiting East Carolina University.

Neither my spouse or I smoke-every time the a/c came on there was an obvious cigarette smoke odor.
