There was plenty of variety of breakfast items to choose from.

The tea at breakfast tasted like coffee. The bed was not very comfortable. The shower curtain was old, stained, and ragged. We were in a handicapped accessible room but there was a tub with a seat instead of a walk in shower. Very hard to get in and out of.

The staff, particularly the lady on Sunday afternoon, sucked. I was essentially homeless that night after fleeing my apartment after my drug dealing neighbors let their Rottweiler attack my dachshund. My dog didn’t make it. Worst night of my life. The booking got mixed up and I got kicked out after I had checked in at 2am. No empathy, no caring or concern, nothing. Just a bitch. The place was also dirty with visible spider nests in all of the corners.

I went to front desk once checking in & explain the bathroom smell or urina at the time changing rooms was not good for me . House keeping had left so I asked to have bathroom cleaned the next morning. Once retuning to room the next evening after begin out all day nothing had been done once again house keeping was gone for the day so nothing could be done. There was no accommodations made not even a discount on the stay.

The location was really great! And the staff was extra friendly and helpful.

The heating system really struggled to heat the room adequately. Body wash in the shower was out.

The best part of this stay was the staff and their service. They were friendly, helpful, and Always cordial! Breakfast was high quality and kept fresh. A guest complained about the noise made by some of my party, and my family was moved to another room. The best part of this was 1. There was no additional charge to us, and 2. The room was larger! Very nice.

There were a lot of light bulbs burned out, and switches that weren't marked.

Very roomy and quiet.

Trash was left in my room from previous person.
