The most important feature I look for whenever I am looking for a hotel is cleanliness. The room was impecable from what I can see. It absolutely met my expectations.

I was extremely and utterly disappointed at how filthy the pool water it looked murky. To make things worse, I believe there was a party going on and the pool was full of boys ranging from 7-9 years old diving in the water, running all around the pool and using gym facilities unattended. Therefore we didn’t Get a chance to use the pool, for those 2 reasons.

Shower is not working right.

Timely check n fix especially in winter time.

Beds are comfortable and the WIFI was fast and reliable!

Elevator did not work and was going to be put on the 4th floor. So had to cancel. No way was I taking two kids and all our luggage up to the fourth floor.

Elevator was broke and we were on 4th floor. I have copd and I was in bad shape by the time I got to 4th floor!!

I was.very disappointed. We were suppose to be able to check into the room at 4. They didn’t have our room ready until 7pm. The manager Laticia was very rude. Also the elevator was out of service and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs, which made a major inconvenience. The hotel management was rude and very unprofessional. Wasn’t happy with the hotel at all.

Elevator was down during our stay and we were on the 3rd floor going up and down with luggage and our 2 toddlers. The room had an off musty smell and the caulking in the tub was breaking you could see the pink slime.
