This is the second time we’ve stayed at The Inn at the Prom and we were once again very happy with our choice. It was a non-view unit, but we liked the fact that it wa was a 1-bedroom with a kitchenette. We enjoyed sitting in Adirondacks on the property’s front yard and watching the ocean and people going by. We hope to stay here again soon!

Cannot beat this location! The staff was absolutely wonderful and the room was very clean and cozy. Extremely dog friendly! Cute on site fire pit and sitting areas. The beach view rooms are great. The bathtub is really big, way larger than the photos make it look online. We will be staying here again!
The door was very flimsy and had a huge gap all around. We ended up putting a blanket on the ground to block some of the light and noise. Ultimately it felt a bit unsafe and it was very easy to hear through.

Very nice clean room. Great layout. We stayed in #9. Jacuzzi tub was amazing.
Parking was terrible. Our room was on the backside looked like they coverted the garage into our room. Worst part we had sliding glass doors (no deck, so was a giant screened in window) that opened to the communal fire pit. (Added a photo from our room looking onto firepit.) Our other windows opened to the parking area. Room was ridiculously hot upon arriving due to pilot light on fireplace running and room closed up. We got it turned off and room cooled off by night.

the beach access was really nice along with having grass outside for my dog to go out and the hotel room in general was a good size. the tub with Jets was fun! I appreciated the extra blankets.
almost too the walking strip. people were constantly walking back n forth and right outside of our room so I felt like I needed to have the blinds shut because they were always looking through the doors. the walls are extremely thin so it was easy to hear the neighbors talking/yelling. also, once someone brings a dog through the hallway, everyone’s dog would start barking and waking everyone up. but that’s what pet hotels do haha

Quiet and close to the beach and main part of town. Lovely little cottage with decent space for its size. Mary at the Front Desk was a delight and the housekeeping team were so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Room faced parking lot but right around the corner from the beach. Comfy room with decent amount of kitchen supplies for small meals. Reception was great and gave a complimentary bag of coffee for our stay.
Parking was a bit of a hassle as only compact spots near the rooms - have to compete with other guests for full sized spots nearby.

Customer service was very poor. Front desk wasn’t as helpful as we needed. There were promises of bikes for us to use but never got them. Looking for parking/ front desk was very difficult and front desk wasn’t available for most of the stay.

Location was great, pretty much walk to stores or restaurants. One night my husband just walked to Mo's and got us our dinner to go and ate in our room.

Regardless of the weather we left our slider open all night to hear the ocean waves!
Need to update locks on doors and walls are pretty thin.....heard another guest walk into the wrong room one night.
I know it is a place where you can bring your pets but, when people leave them there to just bark all day, wasn't great!
Beds are comfortable but, the Kings size bed we had was a little too firm.

The walls are a little thin, and they allow pets, be prepared to be annoyed if the pets staying are barkers.

Mary at check in was extremely nice and helpful. We stayed at the Gilbert inn before which is where the “inn at the prom check in is at and she checked us in then and again staying here. She’s amazing. Room was clean and cozy. Fireplace was warm and jet tub worked well!
Walls were extremely thin. People staying up stairs sounded like a horse was running about, could hear people talking outside behind our head board and could hear people in the hallway. That wasn’t that pleasant to be hearing.
