The people above my room very loud

Extremely noisy. The AC in the room was making noice like airplane. It was hard to sleep. Extremely overpriced.

Room was clean and adequate. Nice to have breakfast available. Check in and check out was smooth.

Room had a strong sweet deodorizer smell I didn't like, but that was the only thing.

Great breakfast. Thought it would be closer to ocean.

The desk chair had a big glob of dried Chilli or use substance on the base. It should have been noticed by housekeeping staff and cleaned.

I couldn't get the TV to work.It was unplugged I could have asked for help. The rooms are small ok for just 1 person. Bed was ok but the room seemed clean. And it showed a lower rate on their website oh well.

The place was similar to what a low income apartment would look like. I had lived in low income apartments not too long ago and they were a lot better then these. There was rust around the shower and bathroom corners, the bed looked very warn and the door was difficult to open. The walls were very thin and we could hear what people were talking about on the other side. The flooring was stained and the walls had indents and paint was done very poorly. We also received no toilet paper. We had also paid over $200 a night and that price is very overpriced for what you get. I was very disappointed and asked for a refund which was not given to me. The manager was very rude and said that I booked the place so I got what I got and it is not her fault I didn’t stay. She spoke very rudely to me as if I was yelling at her and I am not one to yell. I am a pretty mellow person and I was shocked that she responded to me the way she did because I was only trying to come to a compromise. We ended up leaving the place and booked Rivertide Suites which is closer to the ocean for the same exact price and that place was soo much nicer! Very nice people there and our room exceeded our expectations at Rivertide Suites! If you are looking for the cheapest hotel and do not care how it looks, you will not mind it but if you come on vacation and want something at least decent, do NOT stay at Quality Inn!
