Pool is filled in with dirt. No breakfast is available even though it is advertised with a continental breakfast.i Owners are kinda rude.

The location was great

The room 214 was the dirtiest nasty room I have ever been in! Dirty Qtips in the corner of the room floors had not been cleaned. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Hair in the beds very nasty and dirty will never ever go back.

There was no pool like it had stated so that was a huge bummer! Also all 3 of the rooms I booked smelled like smoke and they were supposed to have been smoke free rooms

website showed a pool but the pool was filled in with DIRT- so no swimming. the website says Breakfast included in price but no food was served - the lobby was closed. Had to get room key reprogrammed.

No breakfast. Wasn't Anything

The room was in bad shape and not cleaned good. Nasty towels behind the bathroom door. Broken towel rack. Broken lock on the main door. nasty walls. Really bad stained chair. Couldn't charge phone by bed they wouldn't hold the plug in. 2 refrigerators in the room. 1 in the floor that was out dated but was plugged up and working and other one where the old one came from under the TV. broken parts laying around in the room. But the clean towels was clean and smelled clean. Pool is filled in with dirt.

A fishing tournament was going on and there were 3 boats taking up guest parking spaces but the manager handled it.

Staff was very helpful and explained property was undergoing construction…

Many things . Pool was nasty and rundown liking and out of order , on the sign it said free continental breakfast asked the young man and he could barely utter a response of no. There was a cigarette looking hole in one of our blankets , there was stickiness left on the side table never cleaned up, looks like carpet was coming up in some areas , no one at the desk had to use a phone to call someone , looks like they turned Libby into storage closet w stuff thrown anywhere

No breakfast due to covid, but Waffle House is next door. Beds were super comfortable. Older building, but clean and updated.

Location

One of the beds was broken and if you sat on it the other side would come up in the air. Either was you sat on it the other side would flop up in the air. Had to sleep crossways on the bed. No liner in the room for the ice bucket, had to go to the front to request a liner. No continental breakfast as advertised.

Location was convenient. We needed a safe place to sleep on our way to Florida.

The location was the best thing about this hotel. For the price we were not expecting the "Hilton" but we were expecting the amenities listed. Due to COVID the hotel does not serve the free breakfast. This was not disclosed at the time of booking. I couldn't rate the staff, because other than checking in we did not see any staff. We had to call back to ensure we were checked out because no one was on the property to check us out the next morning. The room was not very clean, but was sleepable. The sheets appeared fresh, but you could tell everything else was just quickly wiped down.

Air conditioner

Room was dirty tub had cigarette burns on it and was supposed to b none smoking and it smelled like weed and refrigerator door came off when u opened it and had really bad smell and didn't work was only 1 wash cloth had to call and ask for more wasn't work 85$ very disappointed
