I liked that the bathroom was spacious and roomy. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was easy to locate, and it was conveniently located near many restaurants and stores for shopping. The front desk clerk, James Jackson, was friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that there were ROACHES in the room, both dead ones and live ones. There was no kleenex in the room and the front desk clerk was not able to give me any kleenex. He said that they were on order and a shipment would be coming in on Monday. This was my FIRST TIME EVER being in a hotel that that did not have Kleenex in the rooms.

no coffee in room. tv wouldn’t work. little for breakfast. shelf over commode where person could hit their head if didn’t watch it.

I left my work apron in the room. I called the property asking if it was there, mind you I knew it was left. the manager asked the house keeper and she said she had never seen it in the room. I ask him could I go in and look, he tells me no problem. I go through all the drawers and find it in the very bottom. my license and bank card were still in it but over $200 in cash was taken out. I had worked over 13 hours yesterday just for the maid to still it when I paid over $100 for the room. extremely upset.

our tv only worked half the time and it could have been cleaner but for what we needed it was fine
