A couple of things. The hot tub needs to be cleaned badly, if I’m not mistaken there was mold growing in it. They need to fix the exit they have IN the building, it doesn’t make sense that you have to walk out to access the pool. And the actual entrance (because there’s another door) to the pool needs to be card accessible. I don’t understand why “it doesn’t work sometimes in the morning” the employee told me.

The carpet was out dated and dirty. I did see a cockroach but made sure I kept my trash outside in the hallway.

Breakfast was very fulfilling, clean and staff was very attentive, I liked the location walking distance to fast food and restaurant just down the street

Close to the freeway access. They opened the adjoining room so we can back and forth with my son in law. My granddaughters were happy with that. Rooms were on the larger side and bathroom which was nice.

Carpet is outdated a dark deep red.

I requested a roll away through the app. I received a confirmation that it would be provided. When we arrived the woman at the desk said they don't have roll aways at the location. She was quite rude about it. I would not have booked there with out a roll away. I had to sleep on the floor in a very dirty hotel room. When I asked for 2 extra blankets, she brought one blanket and a bed cover saying that's the best she could do.

The bed was uncomfortable. The street traffic was backed up due to McDonalds and In and Out being next door to each other.

Jessica was incredible!! She made our stay exceptional. The Housekeeping staff is courteous, helpful and do a GREAT job.
