Very clean, modern and well equipped hotel. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

Price was high compared to other accommodation we have been staying in on a 16 day tour of California and Nevada.

It was in a good proximity to an event we were attending; however the area is somewhat sketchy.

Looks like a industrial/low end retail part of town.

The Food was unappealing. Did not stay to eat. The bench seats were very stained, dirty and ripped. Our room's TV did not work. We had no shower gel, not enough towels. Too much money for what we got.

It was very clean and spacious and the staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Hope-the front desk attendant made this trip! You cannot put a price on Quality Staff! Hope was the reason why our stay was as wonderful as it was. Upon checkout; we watched her politely and professionally work with a dissatisfied guest; yet she managed to find a compatible solution for him! This property was under construction 🚧 but it still ran like a champ! Congratulations to your Staff & Management for creating a Win-Win for everyone involved!!! Sincerely, Steve B

Hannah at the front desk was terrific.

The pillows were too hard and disturbed my sleep. Plastic cups in the bathroom are icky.

We arrived around 2am after driving all day and night. I asked for a late checkout and the woman said she would do what she could. The hotel is under construction so it looks rough even in the lobby….but I didn’t expect the state of the room! First was the cart that was literally falling apart & the only one available (even at 2am). The elevator was dirty, slow and scary & I did not trust it. When we got up to our floor there was a huge bag of very smelly garbage right in the hallway. The room had a smoked in odor and was dusty. The table in the room was so wobbly I thought it might fall apart. There were bugs in the bathroom. The next morning the construction work woke me up as did a housekeeper banging on my door around 9am. I called and asked for a 1pm checkout and the most they would give us was 1/2 hr despite the very late check in & the price & the being woken up over and over again! The manager claimed they were fully booked and couldn’t give us 30 min more, which is highly doubtful considering the location and state of the hotel! It was literally the WORST Hampton inn I’ve ever stayed at!

there was a dirty washcloth on the bathroom floor and no bath towels. I reported both to front desk. towels were delivered quickly but no response to dirty washcloth. did not make me feel confident in the cleanliness of the room.

I stay at this Hampton every time I'm passing through the area. It's always clean, the breakfast in the morning is good, the bed is comfortable and the staff are friendly and professional. I especially appreciate that there's a locked parking garage at the hotel.

The staff was having their own Christmas party the night we arrived so it took them a little longer to get us checked in. However, this is the only time I've ever had any issue with their service.
