I didn't get robbed.

Better parking places, more towels and washcloths. I shouldn't have to ask for them. More than 1 roll of toilet paper. Heavier blankets on the beds. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Kleenex. These items are usually in rooms. Water in the pool would have been nice. And you should not put pictures of a pool with water when there isn't any. You should put pictures of what the rooms really look like.

dirt behind the cabinets. overall it didn't feel clean. there was no mirror in the bathroom. there were cigarette holes in the sheets.

The employees were friendly and understanding of our circumstances. It was a shelter that we needed due to the loss of our accommodations at another hotel. They were also understanding when we had to change rooms due to health issues.

When asking for body-size towels, they gave us small towels that were dirty. They told us that they couldn't accommodate our need for towels for a few days. The bed was dirty and the non-smoking room still smelled as smoke. Lastly, the shower was not enough space to move in, and I am 5'2".

Nothing went well. Worst hotel ever, shouldn't be an option.

Holes in walls, dirty, homeless encampment in parking lot. Very rude staff literally told us we shouldn't stay there because maids don't do a good job. And then on top of that we couldn't go anywhere else because of Taylor swift being in town. The ac also didn't work

Front desk staff was unfriendly and honestly looked terrified. I hope she is okay. Bed had no blanket. Room smelled like smoke.

The best part was leaving the property

Everything, the place is run down dated and over all disgusting

Friendly staff

No blanket on bed. A/C not working, promised it would be fixed for our 2nd night but it wasn’t. Poor area, homeless people walking around and drunk woman passed out.

The staff was very pleasant.

One bed had a pee stain on looked like the bedspread and sheets had never been changed. There was a bullet hole in the door.

Front Desk lady is very nice. Rooms are clean. This is what I find disappointing. 1) 1 towel 2) TV does not work in this room. Thus is my wnd token staying and no TV working 3) laundry machines have been down 4) no ice in the machine. It saddens me to see this country falling apart. It's even worse, when I remember as a kid the motels operating better back then. Why buy a morel, if you don't get it updated? So you can't afford the hotel, then sell it..don't rent irŵ

I didn't like the fact that there's dead body slain out in the street while I stay there. I didn't like the fact that the TV didn't work when I first got there. I didn't like the fact that I had to go to the office every time I wanted in because the key making machine or whatever you call that would not. Work so not just me but everybody in the whole motel. Every time they left and came back they had to go to the front office and ask for someone to come and let them in. I spent 35 minutes sitting on my balcony waiting for someone after I notified them. To come open my door.
