Large room was very comfortable. the view was excellent, we watched the sunset from our room.

Breakfast area open in the morning. The only place we seen open was Dunkin Donuts.

The bed was very hard. Unable to rest well either night. In addition, the street noise in the Royal tower was ridiculous. The water never got beyond Luke warm the whole stay. Not being able to rest or take a hot shower made this a miserable stay.

I like the casino. And the shower they have in the rooms is unbelievable.

I didn't like the view, or that there were no working outlets available. But my biggest issue is that it's been 2 weeks and I still have not received my deposit back.I left the room as I found it with no issues or damage. I think they just keep it. I spent nearly 2000 gambling. You think they would give me my deposit back.

The room smelled like weed and I ask for non smoking room, I get moved to another one the next day it was nice , but I feel the beds aren’t that comfortable.

Room had a great view of the pool and beach

Room was advertised as having a microwave but did not have one. Wasn't told until check out that I could have requested on bought to my room. I have never stayed at a hotel where I had to request a microwave. Check out clerk could have been more friendly in telling me that. She had sort of and unconcerned attitude. The hotel lobby, outside appearance, casino and restaurants look great. The room was just ok. The chair next to the window had white and dark stains on it and needs to have a deep clean or thrown out. The toilet tissue holder has white and green crust from excessive water moisture. Also the shower has some of the same issues. The bed mattress was very uncomfortable especially on the right side. Seems very worn in which I would kind sink into that particular spot and would wake up each morning with a backache. I did have a great experience with 2 of the staff members. I had issues with my car battery on 7/25 that morning and the guy that assisted us was extremely friendly and well mannered. Tall light skinned black gentleman. The other guy was called to boost off my car battery was very friendly as well. They both should be recognized and commended for the professionalism they displayed.

The view was good but that was about it.

I accidently booked a smoking room. The first night was miserable. I ask the front desk to move us. They were full. I was told by house keeping that another man had the same issue but got moved. I was with two kids and we were miserable from the smoke and marjuana smell all night on both nights. It didn't help the lady at the front desk I dealt with last was the rudest person.

My room had a leak in the wall and the floor was wet and damaged some items I brought to wear. I informed the staff and nothing was done.

I loved that everything was easy to get to. As soon as we got off the elevator, the restaurants and the casino was so close, which made the kids happy. The pool was great.

Maybe add some more items on the menu for the kids to eat.

Lively resort with lots of restaurants and of course the casino. Nice pool & oceanfront.

Some of the restaurants closed a bit early. Lots of young kids roaming around.

Pretty much everything. Went for a concert and enjoyed the convenience of going from room, to concert venue, to an excellent restaurant. Room was spacious, well appointed and as a bonus, had an outstanding view. Staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. A+ stay.

it took 10 minutes to get hot water on the shower, no mini fridge, and you have to hold the toilet handler for at least 60 seconds to flush. The front desk was nice but didn’t handle the problems in a timely manner.
