There was blood on the tub and brown stains on sheets.

Close to the beach and restaurants, clean, and comfortable.
The shower went from scalding hot to ice cold randomly. Also it was tiny, like it was made for a little person.

It was awful! I've stayed in smoking rooms before even though I don't smoke and it was barely noticeable. But this room was so bad you could barely breathe. We asked if we could change to a non-smoking but they refused even though one was available. The air conditioner made an awful noise, the furniture was in horrible condition, light switch plates were all broken and no lighting in the bathroom. We checked out the next room even though we couldn't get a refund and checked into another hotel. That motel should not be allowed to open

Kinda run down, no phone service, no working ice machine, no elevator, towels and bath cloths kinda yellowed, furniture kinda run down . Not a class A establishment.

I loved the location and the efficiency of the staff. The parking was also adequate. I will definitely use facilities again.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the ice machine wasn't working. It was 100 degree weather it would have helped but the air conditioning was great.

I liked the location. I liked the comfort of the bed. I liked the size of the room.
I did not like the dim lighting in the room. Didn't like house keeping going in our rooms while we were out. Didn't like couple next door screaming and fighting all night and morning.

the entire hotel was mostly empty. the front desk person watched me walk in with a cane and proceeded to put me in a room
on the 2nd floor(no elevators on site) coffee maker was leaky and the sugar and creamer was busted on the counter. the bedding had a dead roach smashed up in the sheets. and they booked me next door to a whole prostitute. entire place basically empty and they just wanted to make sure I hated everything about this stay.

There is absolutely nothing I liked about this motel.
The walls are paper thin and residents in the next room were actually renting their room as residents and kept their TV on at all times night and day. There is an absence of hot water in both sink and shower. I could take shower and I had to buy bottle water just so I could wash my face and brush my teeth. Room in very poor and dirty condition. Many rooms are actually rented to street people who I think just simply renting it as many so it will cost them cheaper. In 3 days I was there I saw police visited one of the rooms.
