The location was very convenient and the price was reasonable. There was a good selection of channels on the t.v., the recliner in the room was quite comfortable, the fridge was large & worked well, and there was an abundance of pillows. The furniture was new, clean, and in good condition.

There were quite a few U-Haul trucks and trailers parked in front of the establishment which I assume could be rented out from the hotel. This created a fairly difficult time finding parking or simply parking between. The walls in our room were a little dirty. We purchased some Clorox wipes and cleaned them with little effort. Our curtains had some mildew spots on them next to the heater. We found a broken necklace from a former occupant on the floor beside the bed. Other guests were quite loud in the hallways after midnight both nights. The bathroom door didn't latch, and there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom. The arched shower curtain rod was partially detached from the wall, causing it to angle down toward the floor and preventing the shower curtain from being pulled to each side to close it while showering.

bathroom was way too small and not very clean. the beds were on a metal platform of some sort and very hard to get into. every time we moved the bed made a noise.

Breakfast was picked up too soon. I feel like if you stay multiple nights you should get more of a discount.

It was completely disgusting and filthy. If we had another option, we would have left. We got there at 10pm and was gone by 7am. We laid on top of the beds; the sheets were disgusting and dirty. The walls were covered in a brown substance. The bathroom was covered in rust and scum. The floors hadn't been vacuumed in I'm not sure how long. Sticky finger prints and splatters even on the doors. Absolutely unclean. Not sure how they are still in operation. I didn't know hotels like this existed.

The location was good for me and the sign in front was inviting.

The room was a huge echo chamber. All noises in next door rooms and in hallway were very evident. If you would have taken a broom and swept out all of the corners in the room you could have filled a dustpan. The bathroom is very poorly designed with a sink only as big as a urinal. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 6 am. The eggs and sausage were still very cold. The pastries were of the 6 day old variety and the coffee was from a "concentrate or instant" machine and not fresh brewed.
