Location is great. Beds are comfortable.

The walk-in showers allow water to go everywhere in the bathroom. You have to have multiple bathmats to soak up the water. Also, even though there is a no smoking policy in the hotel, my room had a smell similar to one that is trying to cover up a smoking smell. Not pleasant.

Absolutely nothing. The worst hotel service. I would’ve stayed at a motel 8 if I would have known.

Ice machine broken, room smelled terrible, both hot tub and pool were closed when called ahead and told they worked. This has to be the worst hotel in Bellevue

There was no room service available and our room did not have a King size bed and it was over priced.

nice and modern. clean. great staff.

some (small) touchup details could use attention, eg caulking in the bathroom.

very friendly, lady at the bistro was exceptional, working alone and did excellent job at keeping up with customers
