Location

Bathroom had NO counter. Fan did not work. For the second time, clerk at first said we had no reservation. Then he found reservation. I offered to come back after 3:00 but he insisted that he would find a room for us. He found a handicap room which we did not request. Looks like it was remodeled to be handicap and I guess that's why no counter. Also the room had an optional door to adjoining room which seemed to allow a lot of noise (coughing) from next door occupant.

The room was very outdated, and I had my car vandalized overnight. Canceled my second night saying they refunded my money

Breakfast was a joke! Brown paper bag with a danish (could not confirm whether or not expired), granola bar, water bottle, and an apple. Room looked like its had a lot of “patch work done” as I’ll call it and still plenty of work to be done. No attention to detail: a week past daylight savings and the clocks were wrong. Large dents in mini fridge and didn’t close well. Just a “janky” room.

convenient to get to, very clean, and VERY affordable. I travel frequently for work and hate paying outrageous nightly rates for just sleeping somewhere for the night so this hotel was extremely affordable.

Heater was a bit tricky yet that was about it.

The breakfast was just a bag with an apple and danish. The hotel shouldn't advertise free breakfast as if it is a full breakfast. The room has old fixtures.

It was close to the oral surgeon where we had an early appointment

Breakfast - it is not a real breakfast, just a packed snack. Inside the bag, only water is ok, other items are such a bad quality. .

The room was clean.

Staff during check-in was remarkably slow. Slow is OK, but my ten minute or more wait should have been recognized. The room was also a bit shabby. The people upstairs were rather noisy and the walls weren’t able to hold back the noise.

I didn't eat the breakfast I stayed on the bottom floor smoking room our fridge had food in it from last guest the shower head barely poured out water I found a bloody tampon under the bed and to top it off there was hair all over the floor and I woke up with lil bits all over me when I called to complain to get a refund it send me through to a 800 number very unsatisfied rooms not cleaned properly I am a residential cleaner have worked in and out of motels and this was by far one of the dirtiest rooms fire the housekeepers get new ones and nicer front desk people

Located at north end of town. convenient for getting on freeway.

New plank flooring was Horrible! Seams did not meet, ends buckled up and were a hazard to bare feet. Had to wear shoes inside the room as flooring injured bare feet.

Good value for money, especially considering the alternatives in the area. Great location also to go to lake Tahoe.

Breakfast very trivial, just a granola bar and an apple. A bit dirty. AC a bit noisy. Nothing unbearable.
