The property was clean. Management was friendly.

The property could use newer pillows. They were all kind of flat.

Good location to walk to boardwalk. Quiet hotel which was nice.

Toilet could of flushed better, water for shower was cold. Moldy shower curtain liner.

The location is practical: 10 min walk to beach, nearby restaurants. Room was quite clean and bed sheets clean. Very helpful staff. Parking complimentary on premises.

The place needs to be renovated in the last 20 years ago, but A/C works fine. Carpet clean but old. Weak to no Wi-Fi in any room. Tiny room. This is not a 3-star motel based on price, but it is located on NJ shore.

The overall stay here was great. The location is few blocks from boardwalk but a manageable walk with 2 kids. The room is basic and could be updated but was clean and worked well for couple nights. The best part of our stay was the property manager Mike. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Shower liner was very dirty.

Location is about three blocks from the beach. You can easily walk there and a lot of people did. This is an older motel and is outdated with a small pool but we just needed a place to lay our head. I grew up there and only had a few days to show my newly wed husband my stomping grounds, etc. We had no intention of using the pool with the beach just down the street. When booking the room I asked if there could be a bottle of champagne with two glasses and strawberries there waiting for us when we got there. Mike the manager made sure we had the items asked for. With that being said it suited our needs and we would stay there again.

The furnishings are old & outdated.

The Overall location in proximity to the boardwalk and ocean was about 3 blocks. Parking is a little tight, but at least its available. The overall room was fair. The beds seemed a little hard. There were only 2 pillows on each bed. the pillows were not that great. The air conditioning worked fine. The wifi was very spotty. The bathroom was very small, as the sink is outside of the bathroom. There are no elevators at this hotel, and there are at least 3 if not 4 floors. We were on the second floor. The owner is a very nice guy, and was very helpful. Overall, i didnt mind my stay, but the place could use some updating. Not sure if I would stay here again.

The location was absolutely perfect it’s just far enough away that it isn’t super loud at night but it’s also within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk. It was surprisingly cleaner than I had imagined which was also a huge plus.

I believe the manager of the motel could be a little friendlier. I don’t think he was happy to have us as guests and that makes me never want to come back. He kind of made us feel uncomfortable because he seemed to always be staring into the parking lot watching your every move.

Love the manager!! Mike is very thorough. On-site property manager and doesn't miss a fart! He does not allow any nonsense to occur in his motel. He is accommodating to the best of his ability. The hotel is approximately three blocks from the boardwalk so it is very convenient and within walking distance.

What I truly disliked was the new mattresses that were purchased since our previous stay. Mine was very hard. I actually checked to make sure it wasn't the box spring, lol.

the rooms were exactly as described. Great location and they were very clean.
