It’s very close (2-3 blocks from beach and boardwalk). Very nice operators.

While it’s definitely good in a pinch, we felt it was better for spring breakers or people who plan to spend very little time there, who have no children, or perhaps aren’t accustomed to or can adjust better to not having finer finishes while on vacation. The bathroom needs to be gutted (had an odor) and replaced so if this bothers you, I would pass on this one and there also needs to be some sort of outdoor space—even an outside bistro patio set for morning coffee would be great. The refrigerator was also dirty upon arrival, as was the stove and the microwave. There was sand in the made beds as well, so I had a feeling of not being “clean” while we were there.
