Our room was supposed to be a King suite. We didn’t get to the property until after 9 pm and we had 2 full size beds

Fountain square had a music festival going on until midnight

It was super clean, and the rooms were spacious.

Our room view wasn’t the best. I don’t think I would pay the price again for what we got.

Karen at the front desk was the best!

Parking

The location was perfect.

Our tub didn’t drain. I told them upon checkout as we only stayed one night but I didn’t want the next guest to have to deal with the hair that came back up from previous guests.

My room could’ve used a good deep clean. It was sanitary & comfortable but it could’ve used some dusting/window cleaning

Everything went well. The beds are so comfortable. The staff was very nice and professional. The manager really did do his job well.

the staff was pleasant and willing to help

we had to wait forever for the elevators. They were very slow and couldn’t handle the amount of people there. We found the stairs and used them several times which was not convenient. very disappointing for a beautiful hotel. The lobby bathroom was locked and required your room key to enter which is fine but it is locked at 9 pm meaning if you needed to use it (which I did), you had to ride (or walk the stairs) to use your room. We called down valet parking, waited at least one half hour and had to wait a very long time once we got downstairs. If they charge $40 for valet parking, at least retrieve our vehicle in a timely manner (or tell us when we called that it would be over an hour)

Zaire who works at the front desk is so sweet and welcoming. She helped us check in and let us know about different fun things to do during our stay. She is amazing!
