Location was great area nice and quiet

room itself was basic didn’t really like the property at all.

i didn’t like that there was no iron or ironing board. the bed sheets and towels looked dirty. also the owner/ manager whoever he was, was rude. They need to work on better customer service. i know the room I booked was a non smoking room, I booked it non smoking. we get to the hotel to check in and my partner gets off to smoke a cig outside the manger/owner instantly started yelling at us for smoking a cig outside no where near any rooms. He constantly stalked us the whole stay which is weird. when we checked out I made sure to have a walk thru with him of the room because I didn’t want him to say the room smelled like smoke when we didn’t smoke inside at all. we were gone all day and all night for an event. overall super frustrating and weird. never again. also there were cigarette butts every where, from other people

No breakfast room was filthy cigarettes ashes in the ash tray used condom in the on the table urine in the toilet sheet where dirty and stained from the previous occupants towel had been used and folded and put back on the shelf instead of being changed out complained moved us to another room which wasn’t to much better so we went an purchased out own cleaning supplies and sheet and Blaket and cleaned the room by the time we finally layed down the front desk comes calling saying it was checkout time cause they charged us a hourly rate instead of for the whole night which when I made the reservation it was for the whole night will not be going back there

The bed had hair in it, the pillow case smelled like someone had used it before me. A leaky toilet and loose tile in the bathroom.
