Staff were lovely! Pool is great and the style is really nice in the hotel.

Everyone is nice it's my second time staying wonderful rooms heated mirrors in the bathroom. The shampoo conditioner and soap smell amazing. The bathroom doors are so neat, and the breakfast has a wonderful variety . The staff both times I have stayed have been nice, and always smiles are always helpful they go above and beyond for their customers

That the ice machine is on the 3rd floor and there are no drink vending machines on site

Comfortable beds, good pillows, spacious room. Looked well taken care off.

The receptionist, she did not make contact, like a robot did her thing !! rude….she was a bilingual person, spoked in fast American ascent, not necessary. we did not need help, but may question is..it’s a plus hospitality wise to help if your client is not a American fellow. She did not care much. No time for listening or asking for a client that was coming in ; hospitality zero …that reduces the most important issue when you show up into any place ….wellcoming!!

The room was very nice, super comfortable and clean. The location is very good and the parking is free.

Unfortunately the hotel was in renovation, so there was no lobby and no restaurant. Breakfast was grab-n-go, but no many options. The staff was not very nice and our room was not made during our stay.

Clean spacious room, comfortable living space with very comfortable bed to sleep on. Provisions for breakfast available. Good size car park.

The insanely comfortable bed was definitely a highlight! The hotel is also really well located close to the town.

Breakfast experience was poor. We were not pre warned about renovations happening at the hotel meaning the breakfast area was closed. You had to grab random bits like cereal and yoghurt from the lobby and eat in your room where there wasn’t really a comfortable place to sit and eat. Quite disappointing when most people have done wine tastings the previous day and need something more substantial to eat!

Booked this property for one night to attend a concert in downtown Napa. The rate was reasonable, staff was very helpful and continental breakfast was included and it was a 3 min drive to our event I would book this property again.

There was nothing not to like!
