Hotel Location

5th Floor was noisy and difficult to sleep. Units on roof very loud. Beds were too soft and hurt my back. Parking was difficult.

the property was right in town which made it easy to walk to plenty of restaurants

our room was very small, the trash had not been taken out, no amenities were provided - the shampoo, body wash were not refilled, no lotion provided, the tv had a burned in block across the top, the toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and looked as if it had been replaced several times with patching being exposed, the floor looked as though it had not been vacuumed and the power strip by the bedside was not working.

The Heart of Downtown! The location of the hotel was perfect, everything was walking distance. The Atmosphere was inviting and the entire staff were engaging!

Lits of extras is a nice touch. Water, snacks, bag. Staff was friendly and helpful. Live music on Friday night.

Probably in the worst room in the hotel, back facing the parking lot. Too expensive for what you get.

The staff: helpful, cordial, friendly. When on the second day the housekeeping "forgot" to get to our rooms to clean, the management went out of their way to address the issue and promised to waive the facilities fees. Excellent location. Parking: valet or self-park at the nearby public parking

Requested a room with open, unobstructed view. We had 2 rooms almost next to each other on the second floor. One of the rooms was literary on the terrace, so we had to have all the curtains closed not to be seen from outside. Fortunately, because of the cold, there were not many people partying at night on that terrace. The beds, even the safe (inside the closet) were too high for average or short persons.
