Great breakfast. they went out of their way to get some food for a friend's child shortly after closing.

The drapes in the room had a small hole. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. It appeared it was an unfinished repair. REpairs that were completed was sloppy.

I recommend to anyone who wants to book this hotel, if they are ok with the train horns!!! usually the concept of being in the hotel is to be relaxing and rest perfectly but you can’t sleep in there. they clean the room every other four days!!!

Great location, staff was helpful and even though I was given the wrong room by a third-party agency, Snaptravel, the hotel was a great place to stay. Next time I'll book direct, Snaptravel almost ruined the whole experience.

I'll never use Snaptravel again. I paid for an updgraded room, was charged for an upgraded room, the hotel gave me their cheapest, basic room and Snaptravel refused to help. They gave me the runaround for 3 days passing me from one agent to the next. The supervisor said they canceled the reservation but I called the hotel and they said that was a lie. Called Snaptravel again and more runaround. Will never use them again, not worth the hassle to save a few dollars.

Front desk and Breakfast service was great

breakfast was good. Liked having a bar-b-que, pickle ball court, jacuzzi and pool to use. Very helpful and nice staff also. Hmm, lets see, guess I need to keep writing to be allowed to finish this section....

Toilet was kinda like a child size. don't really have a lot to complain about. Um, how's your day going? Roses are red, violets are blue, how many more words do I have to use. I have no clue! oh ok, a little more.

I’ve been to so many hotel and the hotel dues not even offer free toothbrush and toothpaste

We were on our way to San Diego and able to book a one night stay (via Booking.com) on a Friday night after 6pm when our car needed emergency service the next day.
