It's was all great and I have stayed many times at that location

The pool not being able to be used

the staff was kind and tried to help us.

The room had a musty Oder and the air conditioner I believe was contributing to the musty/mold spores being put into the air. I was very sick and also my son.

It was very close to the activities we had planned for our trip. The 2 staff members I spoke with were very polite and helpful.

There was a strange smell in our room, the hallway smelled too. The pool looked dirty and there was no pool chairs or umbrella, nothing. Oh wait yes there were a couple wooden chairs that were peeling so they were useless. Also I’m guessing the staff there were growing garlic because there were trays of them by the pool and all you could smell out there was that garlic!

The room was fairly clean

There was a terrible musty, moldy type odor in the room, it was very hard to get any sleep because of this. We probably would have left if we wouldn't have been charged for the room.

Roaches and dirty sheets covered in pet and human hair.. 5 day stay had to rescan my room key everyday after work

Room was ready on time, adequately clean.

No breakfast, pool was closed, pillows are tiny, shampoo in bags. Don’t advertise free continental breakfast when it’s not available.
