Bed was comfortable and alot of space in the room

Dirty, out dated and stained. TV didn't work in two rooms

Furniture needs to be updated. Knob fell off the cabinet door upon arrival, sofa bed was broken. Hairballs found around the bed.

Could use a little cleaning. Rooms should be double checked before reservations. Card machine did not work for purchases.

I didn't like the couch in the livingroom it was hair all over it couldn't sit on it at all and the room needed some things in the kitchen like more pots and dish soap and dish cloths and some scrubbers for the pots next time

I loved everything I take this trip every year and me and my husband love it close to lots of stores this year we invited my brother and sister in law they loved it as well

shower didn’t drain. could use some updated sofas and shady check in! which I’m calling management about in the morning!

The staff was so helpful and nice.

The hotel was so dirty and the smell was terrible it was deff not worth what I paid.

The hotel allowed strange men to come to my room twice in the middle of the night. When reported to the top management, there was no recourse or efforts to make my stay safe or comfortable. There was a lax attitude for an incident that was very dangerous. I have actually sought counsel with an attorney to get my money back the for the stay.

Breakfast was ok, great to have a dog friendly hotel

I have pictures of all of the following in my phone but only posting some. I will be submitting the full set to Hilton - Trash everywhere on campus, a dog poop bin that was so full the lid wasn’t shutting (and was not emptied at all during our 4 night stay) weeds everywhere, blood on the bathroom wall, dirty carpets, lots of amenities out of service (2 of 3 washers, the pool, the stair door, one of 2 elevators, the A/c in the common area). A lot of broken/old things, like broken elevator buttons, broken a/c covers, broken closet doors, broken ceiling light that was duct taped. Entire inside of hotel could use recarpeting, new paint and trim, general maintenance. Honestly shocked that this was a Hilton brand hotel and not some rinky-dink motel.

Was supposed to have an indoor pool the pool was out of service the staff suggested I use a basketball court instead canceled my reservation still waiting for a refund staff was not at all helpful

it’s a very used property. our in room direct tv service did not work, the bed was made with a bedskirt in between the top blanket and flat sheet, bed sagged in middle, couch was ripping at corners and cushions were worn into a different color, kitchenette sink leaked into cannot below. Staff was notified.

The staff was nice

Carpet throughout the building is filthy! Smells damp. Everything needs a deep clean and maybe a coat of paint. The bed was so hard I woke up with back pain!

pool was closed (we called to verify it was open and they said it was. stains on curtains that looked like vomit

The location was good. Easy to get to the places I needed to go.

Air conditioning in the common areas wasn’t working, pool was closed, staff was not friendly (very robotic not welcoming). Room was not inviting or comfortable.

Front desk person very sweet and helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 was because they didn't offer non-pork breakfast meat - not beef nor turkey or chicken sausage.

Location was good

The carpet in the elevator and the bedroom needs to be cleaned and shampooed. Breakfast was more on the salty side.

comfy bed...suite had kitchenette, extra pillows, everything was clean. the continental breakfast was great,lots of selection. everything was fresh. was able to check in an hour early.

the furniture was scuffed up...but didn't detract from our stay.
