Good beds, clean room and guest laundry

No comfortable chair and couch very uncomfortable to sit in. No hand soap for the bathroom sink.

Great staff, beautiful facility, everything was outstanding! Our stay went beyond our expectations!

Booked a smoking room. Upon arrival, was informed the hotel is smoke-free.

Location of the hotel was perfect. Check-in was simple. Staff was tentative and friendly.

The pool was drained when we got there. Having a pool for our kids to swim in was a deciding factor when we booked our stay. When the pool finally did fill, we sat poolside to watch the kids and enjoy a drink but noticed ants crawling everywhere on the pool deck, our chairs, even over our shoes. The bathrooms in our room was dated; the tile was cracked and broken.

Cleanliness

Wife and I like to sleep with white noise from the fan while in hotel rooms, but the room AC was locked into budget mode and could not turn on constant fan. It also would not maintain a cooler temperature that we wanted. The 3rd floor we were on had no ice machine or vending machine available in the hall room they were designated to be in. We brought a Nintendo switch that we usually hook up to hotel TVs but this TV had the back inputs locked out of the input selection on the TVs menu. It also had very limited channels and was very very slow to change channels. There was no sleep timer option or brightness option to change. The shower is designed poorly with a large swinging glass door that lets water get all over the bathroom floor while you are getting into the shower. The toilet paper is 1-ply. The four pillows were all extremely flat. There was a Gideon bible and a Mormon book but no Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, which are much better works of fiction.

Room nice and spacious.

Breakfast not very good. Packaged warmed over. Not good. Weekend had scrambled eggs and sausage was better. But the same both days Beds uncomfortable Lighting very dim.
