The location

They have been remodeling for years. Stayed there 2 years ago, said I’d never go back but decided to give it another try. Big mistake!

Late check in

Ran out of toilet paper in bathroom. Glad they had Kleenex.

Location was good and price was good, if only the hotel had been worth the price.

The room was like a dungeon, dark and gloomy. There were cockroaches running around in the room. The bed was hard, no spring, no bounce, terribly uncomfortable. Between the rock-hard bed, my chronic pain disorder, sleeping with the lights on because of cockroaches, and sleeping in shifts (had to get in town family members to come stay with me for this reason) because the backdoor here is unlocked and propped, opened all night, strange characters here that i think live here, and it's obvious that they are not sober... not even the cleaning lady appeared sober. I was scared to leave my car alone in the parking lot. It does not feel safe and comforting here. To top everything else off... the mirror in the room looks like a two-way mirror... I'm in a ground floor room, and my view is not a pool view like advertised. lol, my view is of a dumping or storage area, and the entire window view is blocked by crap stacked 6 ft high plus a/c units. Left a different hotel due to cleanliness and came here for much much much worse conditions. The worst part was the cockroaches that I hopefully do not take home.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Elevator was filthy. Liquids had been spilt and looked like it had been dried for days without having been cleaned, as there were layers and layers of the dirt and grime caked on the spills it. YUCK! Hallways needed vacuumed too. Breakfast was good, but juice machine was out.

Our room was on the back , first room as you walk in. The back door security was broken, lock was completely gone. I didn’t feel safe and definitely would not have stayed there by myself. The desk clerk didn’t show a map saying where the room was located and didn’t mention anything about breakfast. We had to do this all on our own.

It was a good location

There was black mold around the toilet. Cigarette holes in cushion.
