The lobby looks nice.

Bed was not convenient, looked like a pull out and had sharp edges where I scratched my leg. Elevator not working , had to carry my bags and belongings up the stairs. Rooms not worth the price, need to be remodeled and upgraded, my TV kept buffering, volume wasn't working properly

It was close to the airport.

The facility was in poor repair - from the broken elevator right down to our room. Everything looked dirty, shower curtain rod was just hanging on by broken screws. They advertise breakfast included but was informed upon check-in that they have a "coffee bar".

The hotel is a great Location. Very quiet.

The price did not match the quality of the room or hotel. The elevator was down the three days i stayed. I was an inconvenience carrying luggage’s of the stairs. Inadequate water pressure for the shower. I would definitely consider a better quality hotel for the price of here.

The hotel gave my reservation to another guest with same last name and they charged my card.

Let’s be honest….the place is a dump. It is in desperate need of updating. The carpet is filthy as was evident on the bottom of my socks. The rooms and lobby are dark and dingy. We would never stay here again.
