Location and shuttle service
Price hike majorly just because it was a concert night.
That the toilet ran all night long even after trying to jiggle the handle...

Super affordable super convenient location if you want to stay in town
Honestly it's more of a complaint but the floor is in the lobby were sticky it was gross and quite honestly made me uncomfortable and the staff could have easily jumped out there and mop that floor to get the sticky off it it just it just felt trashy I mean I know it's not I've stayed there before but that sticky floor just drove me nuts and the breakfast like I said I've stayed there before and they always have biscuits and gravy and it's just not good they need to pick up their variety on breakfast

Room was very dirty
Name sticker on ceiling.
Dirty socks ( from prior guest) under bed.
Bad smell in the room.
When I complained to front desk they offered to spray air freshener in the room.
Piles of puke in the parking lot ( outside our room).
I would never stay here again

The staff was friendly
It wasn’t clean. The bedding was old and ratty (you could see through the sheet it was so worn and there were cigarette burns in the other bedding). The mattress was sunken in the middle and we felt like we were holding on so we didn’t roll into the middle. Incredibly uncomfortable. There was a stench- the best way to describe it would be like dirty feet. The bathroom appeared to have feces spread on the wall by the toilet. I would never stay again.

Wasn’t clean fully. Stains on furniture and the room smelled horrible of cigarettes smoke like someone smoked a whole pack 10 min before you walked in. Room 151. When moved to a different room it was better

The tv worked well and the bed was comfortable.
The place was filthy. I walked barefoot on the carpet and the bottom of my feet turned black. The chair was stained so bad we put a towel on it. There was dried feces in the toilet bowl. We will never stay there again.

Front desk employees at both check in and check out were very friendly. Room was clean.

I liked the set up of the king suite. The 24/7 coffee was good.
I had to come to the desk to check out. A lot of funny smells in the hallway that smelled like someone was smoking pot, and the room desperately needs updating. The carpet did not look very clean, and the air conditioner barely kept the room tolerable. very small choices for breakfast. There wasn’t even any kind of protein like hard boiled eggs or yogurt, just carbs.

Motel was outdated. Room was in need of a thorough cleaning especially the bathroom walls around the toilet. Inside the side entrance door smelled strongly of marijuana. ice machine on our level was broken. breakfast was disappointing.

Front desk attendant was very pleasant and nice
It smelled really bad when I first walked in once I got to my room I noticed my jacuzzi tub was very nasty and dirty and the covers were hard looked like a curtain and the furniture was in very poor condition. I will never book here again it was just down right nasty and smelled horrible.

unclean, addicts in front and back lot every day, rude staff, coffee pot was filthy and had to plug in right beside sink, was told by one front desk staff that I couldn’t pay cash. Charged me 3 $50 deposits. Shower had no hot water day one and no pressure my whole 4 day stay! Saying anything to the front desk was pointless! Like you were bothering them. Asked for tissues because they were all in the room and was told they didn’t have any.

first they checked me into a dirty room, then my room keys wouldn’t work when i came back then i discovered the bed in my room was broken, moved my room next room had window stuck open plus some guy in a neon rd out car sat and basted bass right outside the window for over an hr and is still there
