The staff was awesome!! The breakfast was good with several choices. We enjoyed our time at the Hampton Hotel.
All was pretty good just needed the hallways vacuumed and the trash cans were always full.

Cleanliness. Checked into room about 5:30pm. Room was very damp and very musty smell. Went to get into bed, pulled sheets back and there was men’s chest hairs on the sheets and short long hairs under pillow. Old dried contacts on the floor next to the bed. I went down to front desk and told them. They said “so sorry I’ll move you to a different room. They said house keeping must have missed that room. I said no they didn’t miss the room because the beds were made and it was prepped for the next guest, they just didn’t change the sheets, they just made up the bed during room cleaning”. Hallway carpets didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in 2 days. Crumbs and other stuff on the carpet. Carpet areas by elevators were the worst. The whole hotel smelled musty on each floor. Both rooms were musty

The housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very friendly.
Stay was equal to what you expect with a motel. For how much I paid it It could’ve been much better for price.

My room had a very damp, mildew smell. I’m not sure if that’s an accurate description, but you could smell it the minute you walked in the room.

unfortunately our room was out of the shampoo and conditioner in the shower, but thankfully we had found some of our own in our bags.

I like Hamptons/ Hilton hotels.
The electricity went out and it was freezing. there were no extra blankets. I booked it specifically for the pool as I met my sisters there with my nieces for kid play time in the pool. the pool was closed due to no electricity and it ruined the trip with the kids being disappointed.

The room was comfortable and the shower was nice.
By the time we went for breakfast to take back to the room there was not much selection left at 9:45 am. Kids were touching everything.

Beds were comfortable and staff was friendly
Room was not very clean and it had a bad odor, smoke etc.I didn't feel that the room had been sanitized properly due to light switches, door knobs etc were visibly dirty. At around 5:30 a.m. there were teenage kids running and yelling talking loudly in halls, dog barking etc. No one asked them to be quiet because it continued until around 7 when they were headed out. Not all guests want to be awake that early and staff should work to keep those guests that are being loud quiet.

It was party central on our floor and just outside our door. Asked them several times to keep it down and nothing changed.

The room was clean and had lots of room to move around .the breakfast in the morning was really good.
The the fridge frozen are drinks. And that you had big bottles of baby soap and shampoo that other people have use on the wall. And hand shop by the sink . I would rather have a small bottle that I know no one else had used.. you never know if other people put something in it. That you didn't have alot of parking .so we have to park at ihop.
