The lady at the desk was nice

Found ‘cockroaches in the bathroom

I’m handicapped and they gave me a room on 3rd floor and the elevator was not working so had to climb up the stairs. No coffee in the morning and the lobby was nasty dirty.

Beds were sifts d breakfast was lacking items

The place was really clean and in a good location near a bunch of places to eat

Has nothing to do with the hotel but I did hate driving around Atlanta in the middle of traffic but the hotel was great

I liked about my stay was the professionalism and courtesy of the hotel staff. Similarly, another complement I have for the hotel staff at this site: every staff member was effortlessly efficient; it was nice to have nearly all of my questions answered by the tactfully concise insert which was attached to the holding-sleeve of my room keys. I also liked that towels and linens were readily available every time I needed them.

I didn't like the restrictive scheduled timing of the daily complementary breakfast. For me, the service times started too early and ended too soon.

I cannot stay they cancelled my reservation.

Pretty nice.

Bed uncomfortable as it was to soft. Needs some painting. I wanted to pay with a different card at checkout. I informed the person at the desk of this at check in. When I went to check out the next morning, the gentleman at the counter said I was already checked out and billed. He should not have billed me. He offered to refund but that was another inconvenience for me so I declined. I assumed he did it that way to get it over with and benefit him saving him time. That’s bad service. I won’t stay there again.
