The room was nice and clean when we arrived. We need different wash clothes for the second day of the stay and we called the front desk and told them we need wash clothes, but they never gave us any. The walkways were very dirty with trash and oily looking areas. It's an excellent location, easy on and off I17. Breakfast is ok, no sausage or meat.

It was a great price and the staff was amazing

I am having to fight for my deposit back on this stay. My room was only $64 however the $75 deposit was combined with that and I was charged for both and never received my $75 deposit back which I had to file a dispute with my bank just to get that back thank goodness I had drove through booking.com how much the room was and also saved the receipt from this place to show that how much my room was minus the $75 deposit equaled the room cost alone.

Also the staff didn’t say anything to me when checking in or out and gave me room upstairs though I am disabled veteran and booked my room a month in advance.

breakfast attendants and service shoul be more attentive to their customers instead of being busy on their personal cell phones! the drink machine was out of service for two days so there was no drinks/juice for the children. the outside of the front stairs, was very dirty and filthy. There was a homeless person sleepind behind the stairs! Very unsafe for my or any children!

early in the morning, inwent to ask for towels and toilet paper, the front office lady mids 20s early 30s was dead sleeping in the office wirh literally her feet on top of the office table and the office door full open. i was going to take a picture or video and send it to your corporate office but i changed my mind and hit tthe counter with my hand to wake her up and get her attention!
